THE BEACH HOUSE:
Q: How does White Sands compare to other luxury accommodation at Hyams Beach in Jervis Bay?A: White Sands Beach House is definitely the most luxurious property to rent in Hyams Beach. The property has many unique features including designer furniture, amazing original artworks and state of the art technology as well as being absolute beachfront. You will love the B&O surround sound system with an extensive music and movie library catalogues to choose from as well as the bespoke jarra pool table. The sandstone fireplace and beautiful manicured gardens are also there for those who want a more quiet experience. The property is both private and secure.
Q: How is the kitchen equipped?
A: The Beach House kitchen uses induction technology and provides the following:
- All basic cooking utensils including kettle and toaster
- Coffee Machine and all tea and coffee facilities and condiments
- Basic condiments, spices, sauces, flour as well as pasta and rice
- Fresh goods including milk, eggs and butter are not provided but may be sourced easily in the local Hyams Beach store nearby.
Q: Are there any restaurants or cafes around the area that you recommend?
A: Hyams Beach Café is situated two doors from White Sands. It caters during the day and some evenings depending on time of the day. Please see our website for our restaurant recommendations.
Q: Do you offer an early check-in or a late check-out?
A: We always try to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability and give an early check-in and/or late check-out where possible.
Q: Does White Sands have air conditioning?
A: White Sands is equipped with ceiling fans and ventilation units. The floor to ceiling glass doors concertina open on a large deck to allow the sea breeze to cool the house. Underfloor heating and radiators are available for winter months.
Q: What facilities do you provide for children?
A: We have portable cots and high chairs on site. We can also provide all cot linen if required. Step stools, baby bath and bath seat, toilet training seat, children’s books and DVDs are available in the cupboards to access as you require. All child friendly BPA-free dinnerware is also provided.
THE BOAT HOUSE:
Q: Does your property have a garage or off-street parking?A: The Boat House has off street parking for 1 moderate sized car at the back of the house on the driveway.

A: Yes, the Boat House kitchen uses induction technology and provides the following:

A: The Boathouse is equipped with a Daikin model FTXS71K inverter reverse cycle split air conditioning unit. In addition each room has ceiling fans and louvred windows. The floor to ceiling glass doors concertina open onto the deck to allow the sea breeze to cool the house and increase the indoor outdoor living aspect.
Q: What facilities do you provide for children?

Q: Does The Boat House have direct beach access?
A: Yes the Boat House has direct beach access via a private pathway located down the side of the Beach House and through the gardens directly onto the beach.
