The architecture of the Boat House is sure to delight you. High curved ceilings, spacious rooms with high end finishes and beautiful soft furnishings from Cloth Fabric are all part and parcel of this contemporary property.
The open plan living /dining area has floor to ceiling glass doors that concertina back to reveal a beautiful private courtyard. The courtyard is equipped with a BBQ and dining facilities together with tasteful sculptures and a water feature. A compact kitchen with all modern appliances and 8 seater table to entertain. Lounge area equipped with HD LCD TV, DVD player and Sonas music system, airconditioning and heating.
White Sands Boat House offers an amazing technology experience, including Free WiFi,
a 2 zone Sonas Music ststem that may be used to access a song library of 80,000 songs, stream Spotify or play your personal playlists from your iPhone, iPad or computer. In addition there are 1,000 movies and 3,000 TV shows that may be accessed via Plex on iPads provided and projected onto the two HD TVs.
Bedroom 1 (Lower Floor):
Private & secluded room. Ensuite with a corner bath, shower and WC facilities. Can accommodate a couple (king size bed), two adults (singles) or three children (singles). HD LCD TV & DVD.

Queen sized bed and walk in robe. Double doors open up onto a balcony.

Second Bathroom:
Beautiful bathroom with glass tiles throughout. Shower, WC and wash basin facilities.
